Burke – Plea/Trial Setting on Felony Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid, Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop By Fleeing – Creating A Substantial Risk Of Serious Injury/Death To Any Person, Fail To Yield To Emergency Vehicle Sounding Siren And Displaying Red/Blue Light, DWI, Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (Exceeded By 26 Mph Or More), Operate A Motor Vehicle In A Careless And Imprudent Manner, and Failed To Drive On Right Half Of Roadway When Roadway Was Of Sufficient Width, Causing An Immediate Threat Of Accident.

Clark – Plea/Trial Setting on Felony Distribution Of A Controlled Substance In A Protected Location, Receiving Stolen Property, Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid, Possession Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid Of 10 Grams Or Less – Prior Drug Offense, and Unlawful Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia – Prior Drug Offense.

State vs. Timothy Blaine Clark – Bond Review Hearing scheduled on Felony Stealing – Controlled Substance/Meth Manufacturing Material and Stealing.

State vs. Angelina B. Coffelt – Probation Violation Hearing Felony. Case called. The state appears by PA Hurst the defendant appears by Attorney Euler and case continued to March 9, 2021, at 9:00 a.m.

State vs. Melvin Michael Fields – Arraignment on Felony Burglary – 2nd Degree and Property Damage – 2nd Degree. Case called. The state appears by PA Hurst, the defendant appears pro se and case continued to March 9, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. for entry of attorney.

Without Valid License – 3rd And Subsequent Offense, Unlawful Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia – Prior Drug Offense, Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (Exceeded By 6-10 Mph), and Driver/Front Seat Passenger Fail To Wear Properly Adjusted/Fastened Safety Belt. State vs. Aaron Michael Greene – Arraignment on Felony Operated Vehicle On Hwy. Without Valid License – 3rd And Subsequent Offense. Case called. State vs. Corey T. Jones – Probation Violation Hearing on Felony. Case called and probation terminated due to his imprisonment in Kansas.

State vs. Selena J.M. Somerville – Probation Violation Hearing on Felony. Case called. The state appears by PA Hurst, the defendant appears in person and admits violation of her probation. The court finds the defendant in violation of probation and after considering the alternatives, the court continues the defendant’s probation with modifications. Probation order with order of probation attached filed. Certified copy of order mailed to the defendant and Probation and Parole.

State vs. James R. Utley – Arraignment on Felony Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid, Possession Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid Of 10 Grams Or Less, Driving While Revoked/Suspended – 1st Offense, Operated Motor Vehicle Owned By Another Knowing Owner Of Vehicle Has Not Maintained Financial Responsibility, and Failure To Register Motor Vehicle.

State vs. Jessica L. Allen – Probation Violation Hearing on Felony. Case called. The state appears by APA Klima, the defendant appear by Attorney Euler and admits violation of her probation. Case continued to April 6, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. for disposition.

Geraldine L. Duren vs. Tracy Lavay Barker – Show Cause Hearing on Administrative Order. Case called. The plaintiff appears by APA Klima, the respondent fails to appear and a Body Attachment Order to be issued.
