The Fairfax High School Scholar Bowl Team is currently competing in their 2021 season. Team members, coached by Jonnie Kemerling, include Gena Mitchell, Destiny Smith, Nghi Dinh, Trinity Wooten, Jaecey Hill, Carsyn Sillers, and Sadie Williams. Results from the team’s competitions so far are as follows:

Meet at Craig: 2-1 (beat Craig and DeKalb, lost to Jefferson)

Meet at Fairfax: 0-3 (lost to South Holt, Northeast Nodaway, and Union Star)

Meet at Rock Port: 1-2 (beat North Nodaway, lost to Stewartsville and Rock Port)

Meet at West Nodaway: 0-3 (forfeited due to limited number of players)

Meet at Tarkio: 0-3 (lost to South Nodaway, Mound City, and Tarkio)

The team’s current record is 3-12. Their final competition of the year will be at the district meet.
