The Rock Port Beta Gals hosted their annual Palm Sunday Dinner on March 28, 2021, at the Atchison County Memorial Building. It was a free will donation with proceeds being given to the family of Abilene Katheryn Ann Moore. Abilene was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes on July 13, 2020. The money will help Abilene and her family offset the cost of her upcoming oral surgery and ongoing need for supplies and insulin.
