The 2021 Junior High Indian Relays were held April 27, 2021, in Tarkio, Missouri.

The East Atchison (EA) girls’ team won the event, scoring 123 points. The Lady Wolves also broke six EA records at the meet: 4×100 meter relay, 4×200 meter relay, 4×400 meter relay, shot put, 800 meter run, and pole vault. Lady Wolves posting first place finishes were: Allison Wooten in shot put and discus, Lizzie Schlueter in 100 meter hurdles and high jump, the 4×200 meter relay team, and the 4×400 meter relay team.

Norah Watkins of Rock Port placed first in the 800 meter run and the 1600 meter run.
