The Rock Port Blue Jays’ Golf Team recently competed in several tournaments.
They golfed in the Stanberry Invitational April 22. Individual results for the Blue Jay golfers were: Tyler Cook, 110; Ozey Hurst, 111; Aidan Burke, 114; Carter Gebhards, 124; and Brecken Kelly, 130.
The Rock Port team competed in the Bishop LeBlond Tournament April 26. Individual scores for the Rock Port golfers were: Tyler Cook, 112; Aidan Burke, 118; Ozey Hurst, 127; Phillip Herron, 130; and Brogan Krutz, 132.
The Maryville Best Ball Tournament was held April 28. Scores were: Rock Port 1 (Tyler Cook, 113, and Carter Gebhards, 114), 102; Rock Port 2 (Aidan Burke, 116, and Ozey Hurst, 107), 101; and Rock Port 3 (Brecken Kelly, 120, and Brogan Krutz, 126), 114. Tyler Cook placed 14th in the tournament.
The Blue Jays competed in a varsity golf tournament April 29 at Savannah. Individual scores were: Aidan Burke, 100; Ozey Hurst, 106; Carter Gebhards, 111; Tyler Cook, 121; and Jarrett Hunter, 125. Aidan Burke placed 13th in the tournament.
