The following incarcerations were recently recorded at the Atchison County Jail in Rock Port, Missouri:

Skylar Austin-Miller, 26, Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested at 2:39 p.m. May 10, 2021, at the northbound 108 mile marker on I-29 by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for: DWI, driving while revoked/suspended and failure to register motor vehicle/ trailer annually with director of revenue.

Jessica Allen, 40, St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. May 11, 2021, at Atchison County Court by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department for: sentenced DOC on charge of non-support.

David Oswald, 44, Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. May 11, 2021, at Atchison County Court by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department for: sentenced 60 days on charge of DWI-aggravated.

Tonya Zismer, 53, Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested at 1:00 p.m. May 12, 2021, by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant for probation violation on original charge of possession of controlled substance.

Danny Swiney, 36, Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested at 2:26 p.m. May 12, 2021, by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for: DWI-prior offender, operated vehicle on highway without valid license, fail to display plates on motor vehicle/trailer and owner operate vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.
