The 2020-2021 Fairfax Yearbook was dedicated to Patty Bredensteiner, retiring art teacher. She was recognized at the awards banquet and every student who had been taught by Patty joined her for a photo.
Patty Bredensteiner, left, and Sandy Umbarger, right, were honored May 13, 2021, at a retirement celebration. Sandy worked in the preschool two years, and was high school secretary 21 years. Her future plans include sewing, quilting, resting, relaxing, and enjoying life! Patty has been the art teacher at Fairfax R-3 for the past five years. She plans to spend time with her grandsons and her family, and help her husband with their family farm. She also wants to set up her own studio and do some traveling and looks forward to enjoying life!
