On August 17, 2021, Eric J. Gilpin (age 18) of Fairfax, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Consolidated Circuit Court of Atchison County, Missouri, pursuant a probable cause statement submitted by the Tarkio Police Department.  Gilpin was charged with two counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Prescription – Controlled Substances) in a protected location, which was reported to have occurred in Tarkio, Missouri, and in Fairfax.

Gilpin’s bond was set at $150,000 cash, corporate surety or 10% to the court, and was being held at the Atchison County Jail in Rock Port, Missouri.

All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
