The Rock Port Board of Adjustment met Thursday, September 16, 2021, at Rock Port City Hall. Members present were Steve Proctor, Denton Melvin, and Cory Amthor. Trent Shineman was absent. Also present were Alderwoman Farmer and City Clerk Emily Schulte.

Chairman Proctor called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Proctor informed the board that Brad Burke was requesting a yard variance of two foot to build a 26’ x 13’2½” garage at 501 E. Mill Street.

Board members voted to approve a two foot side yard variance at 501 East Mill Street for construction of a garage.

The meeting adjourned at 5:32 p.m.
