The Pitch Club met Tuesday, September 28, at Martha’s B and B. Barb Young and Vicki Smith took the place of two of our busy members. Deb Johnson won high score. Norma Bradfield had second high, with only one point difference between high and second high. Martha Shaffer had low score.

Martha was our hostess and served berry dump cake with ice cream from the Dairy Diner (specialty flavor). All of it was delicious. My all-time favorite at Martha’s house is her coffee. It is some mountain grown specialty and it is the best coffee I have ever had so I had three cups.

The local chat concerned the virus and the booster shot, the Rock Port half-price store, and some local mischief. You never run out of something to discuss when eight women gather at a round table.
