The Rock Port Police Department arrested two Kansas City, Missouri, men September 20, 2021. Isaac Epley, 20, and Athuai Ding, 18, were arrested at 5:35 p.m. According to the probable cause statement, they were charged with allegedly committing Forgery and Fraudulently Attempting to Obtain a Controlled Substance.
