Golden Salon & Boutique, along with the Tarkio Chamber of Commerce and Northwest Missouri Enterprise Facilitation (NWMEF), held a ribbon cutting during the hair salon’s open house Friday, December 3, 2021, in Tarkio. Basil Honan, daughter of owner and stylist Alexis Honan, had the honor of cutting the ribbon.
