The East Atchison Girls Wrestling Team traveled to St. Joseph, Missouri, to compete in the Central Tournament on Friday, December 3, 2021. The EA girls wrestled well, both coming home with 2nd place finishes in their weight classes.

In round 1, Brooklyn Wennihan pinned Johnson from Staley in 2:47. In round 2, she lost by pin to Grass from Liberty North in 4:18. In round 3, she pinned Aldrich from Plattsburg in 1:51.

In round 1, Alyson Wooten lost by pin to Grundy from Liberty North in 3:29. In round 2, she pinned Fish from Plattsburg in :33. In round 3, Alyson pinned Howard from Central in :42.
