The Tarkio Rotary Club  met January 25, 2022, and Mandy Whipple shared with her fellow Rotarians  the counseling services that she offers in southwest Iowa and northwest Missouri.

She will soon be offering a group counseling service called Celebrate Recovery that will replace Narcotics Anonymous. Included with her counseling will be anger management, parenting, get out of poverty, and mental health. At Midwest Equestrian, she offers equine assisted counseling at her family farm in Iowa.
