The Atchison County Battle of the Books will be held this Friday, March 25, at 3:30 p.m. at the Tarkio Resource Center. There are nine teams of students composed of fourth, fifth, and sixth graders from our county. These students will be answering questions from the 12 Missouri Mark Twain Award nominees. This reading event is funded by a grant from the Atchison County Development Corporation.
