Axyl Slemp of Tarkio, Missouri, competed in the Central Iowa Sports All-Star Baseball Tournament August 13-14, 2022. His team placed first. Axyl was the only person from Missouri that was selected to play. He pitched five innings in the championship game and had 11 strikeouts. (Slemp photo)
