Rock Port Food Pantry

The Rock Port Food Pantry is low on the following items: Tuna Helper, Chicken Helper, sugar, flour, tissues,mandarin oranges, pineapple, Spam, cereals, peanut butter, jelly, fruit juices, toothpaste, toothbrushes, laundry soap, and dish soap.

Items can be taken to the Rock Port United Methodist Church, 211 W. Opp. The food pantry is located in the fellowship hall. The food pantry will be open Friday, September 23, 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.; and Tuesday, October 4, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon.

Tarkio/Westboro/Fairfax Food Pantry

The Tarkio/Westboro/Fairfax, Missouri, Food Pantry is currently low on the following items: vegetables (15 oz. – canned potatoes, green beans, mixed vegetables, corn, peas, carrots, kraut), tomatoes (diced, diced chili ready, tomato sauce, Rotel), pork & beans, chili style beans, pastas (Ramen noodles, macaroni, medium egg noodles, spaghetti), Blue Bonnet margarine (1 lb. sticks), ground beef (1 lb. pkg.), and dish soap.

Monetary donations are also appreciated as the money allows the shelves to be stocked with the items that are low. Donations intended for the local food pantry need to be given directly to the pantry. Donations given to Second Harvest do not come back to the local pantry.
