Ed Daniels and Jason Riley, former Tarkio, Missouri, residents, performed for a hometown crowd Sunday, October 9, 2022, at the Rotary Theatre on the Tarkio Tech campus. The event was sponsored by the Mule Barn Theatre Guild.

On behalf of Norm Walker, former Tarkio R-I band director and teacher, Norm’s niece and her husband presented the Mule Barn Theatre Guild with a $5,000 check and a picture of the Mule Barn Theatre. Peggy and Gene Arduser, above right, of Ord, Nebraska, traveled to Tarkio, Missouri, on Sunday, October 9, 2022, to present the donations at the Ed Daniels and Jason Riley concert at the Rotary Theatre. Norm was a very special figure in the men’s lives, having given guitar lessons to Jason and was one of the first big supporters and encouragers of their tremendous talent.
