Fairfax FFA member Charlie Smith placed third in the speaking contest at the 108th Missouri Farm Bureau Annual Meeting this past weekend.  This is the second year in a row that Charlie, a sophomore at Fairfax R-3 School, has qualified for and placed at this event.
