Jaylynn Garst placed 5th in the Battle on the Katy Trail.

 

The Rock Port wrestling teams traveled to Sedalia, Missouri, to compete in the Battle on the Katy Trail Friday and Saturday, December 16 and 17, 2022.

The Lady Jays finished 19th out of 41 varsity teams. Placing in the individual top 10 were: Emma Teten, 4th; Jaylynn Garst, 5th; and Hadleigh Jones, 7th.

The Blue Jays finished 29th out of 45 varsity teams. Placing in the individual top 10 were: Caleb Lucas, 8th; Gus Heintz, 8th;  Dylan Lair, 9th; and Ryder Herron, 10th.
