The Rock Port Park Board met Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at Rock Port City Hall. Members present were Jill Lager, Andrea Cook, Clint Dougherty, Tawni Ellis, Jennifer Geib, Sheena Roup, Devon Sons, and Tisha Jackson.
Tisha called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
The meeting agenda was approved.
Business
Board members voted to approve the minutes of the October 12 and November 2, 2022, meetings.
They also approved the October 2022 financials.
Pool
Board members voted to request the purchase of a PVC pool liner membrane for the main pool with stainless steel gutter repair work from RenoSys using the pool repair and replacement funds. This includes the removal of the wading pool liner. The request will be presented and made to the city council for fund approval.
Park
Board members voted unanimously to enter into the park maintenance agreement with the city according to the new schedule.
Other Business
Jennifer Geib shared an update on splash pad plans.
Board members voted to approve the newly presented budget. This budget does not reflect trash service or security updates.
There was discussion on addressing the sagging on the main shelter house.
There was also discussion about having city guys help with security upgrades.

Board members voted to approve the November 9 meeting minutes.
The November financials will be approved in January.
Pool
Pool repair funds for the PVC pool membrane and miscellaneous improvements were approved for use by the city council. Work is scheduled to be completed prior to the 2023 pool season.
Other Business
Final planning on the Polar Express was held.
Trash service agreements have been finalized and $623.08 will be added to the previously approved park maintenance line on the 2023 budget.
The next meeting is scheduled for January 11, 2023.
