The Tarkio Junior High Scholar Bowl Team hosted its last competition of the season Thursday, January 26, 2023, at Tarkio High School. Team members include, from left to right: front row – Teahen Hannah, Brody Wennihan, Annalee Livengood, and Macy Stepp; and back row – Easton Madron, Dalton Hogue, Gavin Mattice, Taya Windham, Finn Hurst, and Ben Rolf. The Tarkio brain bowlers had wins over Nodaway-Holt 150-80 and Osborn 150-70, and a nail-biting loss of 120-121 in overtime to Northeast Nodaway.
