East Atchison Wolves Varsity Baseball Team hosted Stewartsville/Osborn Tuesday, April 11, 2023, in Tarkio. EA lost the contest 2-6.

The Wolves opened up an early lead in the second inning when River Dow singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run, but Stewartsville/Osborn took the lead for good with three runs in the third inning. Alex Erickson was on the mound for East Atchison. He surrendered five runs on six hits over three and two-thirds innings, striking out seven. Dow and Braden Graves entered the game from the bullpen, throwing two and a third innings and one inning respectively. Dow, Tate Johnson, Cameron Oswald, Owen DeRosier, Trent Kingery, and Erickson each collected one hit for the Wolves.

East Atchison Wolves Jr. Varsity also played Stewartsville/Osborn. The EA JV had more luck, defeating their opponents 8-2.

The Wolves put up three runs in the second inning, scoring on a walk by Trent Kingery. Gabe Harms led things off on the mound for EA, pitching three innings and allowing two runs on one hit and striking out seven.
