The Class 1 Missouri State High School Athletic Association Golf Tournament started Monday, May 15, 2023, at the Country Club of Missouri in Columbia.

At the end of the first rainy day of competition, East Atchison’s River Dow was tied for 16th place with a score of 85 on the par 72 golf course.

Tayden Cook, Rock Port, was in a four-way tie for 20th place with a score of 87.

Aricin Weber (RP) was tied with five golfers for 41st place with a score of 93.

Carter Gebhards (RP) was tied with seven golfers for 53rd place with a score of 97.

Golfers teed off early Tuesday morning for the second round of the golf meet.
