The Tarkio/Westboro/Fairfax, Missouri, Food Pantry is currently low on the following items: fruits (mixed fruit, peaches, pears, pineapple, mandarin oranges – small), grape juice (64 oz.), cereal, brownie mix, beef and chicken broth (14.5 oz. cans), vegetables (15 oz. – potatoes, green beans, corn, peas, carrots, sauerkraut), and pastas (ramen noodles, macaroni, medium egg noodles, spaghetti).

Monetary donations are also appreciated as the money allows the shelves to be stocked with the items that are low. Donations intended for the local food pantry need to be given directly to the pantry. For after hours donations, call 816-261-2672.

The food pantry is located at 315 Main Street in Tarkio.

The Rock Port Food Pantry is low on the following items: cereal, sugar, cooking oil, canned peas, shampoo, body wash, and toothpaste.

Items can be taken to the Rock Port United Methodist Church, 211 W. Opp. The food pantry is located in the fellowship hall. The food pantry will be open Friday, July 14, 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.; Tuesday, July 18, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon; and Friday, July 28, 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
