The following incarcerations at the Atchison County Jail were recorded by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office in Rock Port, Missouri, July 24-August 6, 2023:

Coty Devall, 44, of Sioux City, Iowa, was arrested July 24, 2023, at 10:15 p.m. by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Atchison County for an Out-of-State Warrant.

Joshua Smith, 38, of Tarkio, Missouri, was arrested August 3, 2023, at 1 p.m. by the Tarkio Police Department in Tarkio for Assault.

Keison Nemyer, 31, of Fairfax, Missouri, was arrested August 6, 2023, by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office in Fairfax for an 8-Hour Hold.

John David Smith, 55, of Fairfax was arrested on August 6, 2023, at 3:19 p.m. by the Rock Port Police Department in Rock Port for Property Damage and Traffic Violations.
