Jackie Martin, Cardiac Rehab Nurse at Community Hospital-Fairfax in Fairfax, Missouri, was the guest speaker at the noon meeting of the Tarkio Rotary Club on September 12, 2023. Jackie shared about the role stress has on our bodies and made numerous suggestions to help relieve stress.
