Community Hospital-Fairfax (CH-F) is pleased to announce the 2024 New Year’s Baby, Creed Miles Smith. Creed was born on January 2, 2024, at 12:14 p.m. weighing 7 pounds and 9 ounces to Miles and Amber Smith of Fairfax, Missouri. He is welcomed home by big sisters, Zailynn Cook (10), Harper Smith (5), and Ella Smith (3).

Creed was celebrated with a basket of gifts from the Community Hospital-Fairfax Obstetrical Department. Gifts included a bathtime kit, letter board, onesie with 2024 applique, champagne flutes and sparkling pomegranate juice, a halo sleep sack, and a gift box full of all types of new baby essentials. The CH-F Auxiliary generously provided a baby blanket and socks for Creed. The family celebrated with a steak dinner provided by the CH-F Nutritional Services Department.

Creed’s maternal grandmother is Lisa DiRoma of Live Oak, Florida. Paternal grandparents are Gregg and Lori Smith of Fairfax. Maternal great-grandmother is Mary Jane Howell of Nebraska City, Nebraska. Paternal great-grandparents are Sharon Smith, Melvin and TJ Miles, and Gary and Kay Smith, all of Fairfax.
