Fairfax Kiwanis Club members enjoyed having as their luncheon guest and speaker, Associate Circuit Court Judge of Atchison County, Brett Hurst. Judge Hurst explained the many facets and duties of the Circuit Court and the different types of case hearings.

He entertained a question and answer time at the end. Members certainly enjoyed his program.
