The following incarcerations were recorded from December 9 to 31, 2023, at the Atchison County Jail in Rock Port, Missouri:

Larry Jordan, 45, Mexico, Missouri, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. December 14, 2023, in Pottawatamie County by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office for: Possession of Controlled Substance, Failure to Appear.

Connie Usher, 57, Auburn, Nebraska, was arrested at 10:00 a.m. December 15, 2023, in Rock Port, Missouri, by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office for: Stealing – Serve Time.

Justin Scott, 36, homeless, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. December 16, 2023, in Atchison County by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office for: Non Support.

Daniel Moses, 32, homeless, was arrested at 12:05 p.m. December 17, 2023, in Atchison County by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office for: Property Damage. 

Kaiden Jones, 19, Council Bluffs, Iowa, was arrested at 12:20  a.m. December 23, 2023, in Tarkio, Missouri, by the Tarkio Police Department for: 8 Hour Hold.

Dennis Schebaum, 67, Maryville, Missouri, was arrested at 4:00 a.m. December 23, 2023, in  Tarkio, Missouri, by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for: DWI.
