The MSHSAA Boys’ Class 1 District 4 Wrestling Tournament was held February 16 and 17, 2024, at Lathrop, Missouri.

Three Atchison County wrestlers qualified to compete in the state wrestling tournament. Rock Port’s Gus Heintz claimed the championship of the 126 pound weight and Ryder Herron took third place in the 285 pound weight division. EA’s Sammie Litherbury took third place in the 175 pound weight division.
