Spring sports have begun in Atchison County. The Rock Port Blue Jays will host South Holt in baseball action at the Rock Port ball field beginning at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 20. The East Atchison baseball teams will host North Andrew on Friday, March 22, at the Tarkio City Ball Field at 4:30 p.m. Come out and cheer on our teams!

Battle of the Books is Friday, March 22, at the Tarkio Resource Center. Students are to register at 3:00 p.m. and the event begins at 3:30 p.m.

Beta Gals will be hosting a Palm Sunday Dinner at 11:00 a.m. at the Atchison County Memorial Building in Rock Port Sunday, March 24. Free-will donations will be accepted, with proceeds going to Willie Holmes.
