Adrianna Wallace received first place recognition in several categories at the Revolution Talent dance competition.

 

Two Atchison County dancers recently competed in Kansas City at Revolution Talent dance competition. Adrianna Wallace and Paisleigh Daugherty are cousins and dance on the Maryville Bearcat Boogie Dance Studio Competition Team.

Adrianna is a seventh grade from Rock Port. Her results were:

• Hip Hop Solo “Millennium Experience” – 1st place overall, 1st place in hip hop category, and platinum (the only solo routine on this level to get a platinum)

• Spoken Word Contemporary Solo “Mindset” – 1st place in contemporary category, elite gold (only one solo can place in overall awards)

• Clogging Duo “Juice” – 1st place overall, 1st place in clogging category, elite gold

• Cousin Jazz Duo “Saxobeat” – 4th place overall, 1st place in jazz category, elite gold

Paisleigh Daugherty is a second grader from Fairfax. This was her first time dancing on the competition team and on a competition stage. Her results were:
