Teresa Morehouse, left, and Kris Davis, right, spoke at the weekly Tarkio Rotary meeting on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. They talked about the services provided in Atchison County concerning domestic violence. They gave many statistics regarding this problem and how they are working with victims to help them. An interesting fact the Rotarians learned was: Individuals/organizations who donate $100 or more to C.A.R.E. of Atchison County now have the ability to receive 70% of that donation back in the form of a credit to be used on their state income tax return.
