East Atchison’s Tommi Martin and Rock Port’s Avery Meyerkorth placed 1st and 2nd respectively in the 800 meter run.
Collin Hedlund placed 1st in the shot with a put of 13.87m.
Rock Port’s Malachi Skillen placed 1st in the 3200 meter run, 3rd in the 1600 meter run, and 5th in the 800 meter run.
Dalaynie Drummond placed 4th in the pole vault with a height of 2.30m.

East Atchison’s Claire Martin and Rock Port’s Jacoby Driskell placed 5th and 4th respectively in the 800 meter run.
Jayla Irvine placed 4th in the 3200 meter run with a time of 13:54.68.
Rock Port’s Braxton Melton-Davis placed 6th in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 21.10.

The 50th annual Indian Relays were held Friday, April 19, at Dave Palmeiro Stadium in Tarkio, Missouri.
The Rock Port (RP) girls’ team won the meet with 120 points, followed by East Atchison (EA) in second with 107 points. The Mound City (MC) boys’ team won with 153 points. Three records were broken at this year’s meet.
Mya Wray of Platte Valley broke two records. Her time of 5:32.96 in the 1600 meter run broke the record of 5:36.48 set by Amanda Gray of Rock Port in 2005. Mya also won the 3200 meter run with a time of 11:55.97, breaking the record of 12:04.41 she set in 2023.
The Mound City girls’ 4×200 meter relay team set a new record with a time of 1:51.80. The previous record of 1:52.21 was set by North Andrew in 1997.
