Justin and Cathy Riggins of Blanchard, Iowa, are pleased to announce the birth of their baby boy, Duane Levi Riggins. Duane was born at 2:48 p.m. on May 15, 2024, weighing 6 pounds and 9 ounces. He was welcomed home by sister, Hallie, 14.

Maternal grandparents are David and Susan Rhamy, Villisca, Iowa. Paternal grandparents are Robert Riggins, Northboro, Iowa, and the late Jane Miller.
