The Rock Port cross country runners traveled to Falls City, Nebraska, September 26, 2024. to compete in an invitational.

Norah Watkins won the high school girls’ 5K (20 runners) with a time of 21:36.8. Evelyn Heintz placed 8th with a time of 25:50.5.

Malachi Skillen placed second in the high school boys’ 5K (30 runners) with a time of 18:21.1. Levi Lucas placed 8th with a time of 22:09.7.

Anna Weber placed 13th in the middle school girls’ 2,100 meter run with a time of 12:10.4.

Kipton Waigand placed 9th in the middle school boys’ 2,100 meter run with a time of 9:02.5. Landon Melton-Burrell placed 12th with a time of 9:55.0.
