Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop H Safety Officer Shane Hux was the guest speaker at the Tarkio Rotary Club meeting on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. There is a new law in Missouri that prevents drivers from having their phones in their hands or using them while driving. From January 1 and October 22, there have been 740 people killed in motor vehicle accidents in Missouri. The Hands Free Law is designed to reduce accidents caused by distracted driving.
