There will be no school at Tarkio R-I Thursday and Friday, February 13 and 14, 2025. Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held Thursday from 1:00-5:00 p.m. Elementary conferences are as needed/invitation only and high school parents are asked to stop by the high school office. No school will be held on Monday, February 17, in honor of Presidents’ Day.

East Atchison senior basketball players, cheerleaders, and their parents will be recognized at the basketball games against Worth County Monday, February 17, at the TAC. The ceremony will begin at 5:45 p.m.

The Fairfax Methodist Church will host a free meal for the Fairfax community Saturday, February 15, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The Fairfax Volunteer Fire Department will have a fish and chicken fry Saturday, February 15, 2025, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the Fairfax Community Room in the fire station. Free-will donations will be accepted.
