The MSHSAA Boys’ Class 1 District 4 Wrestling Tournament was held February 21 and 22, 2025, at Lathrop High School in Lathrop, Missouri. Two Atchison County wrestlers, Bo Peregrine and Ryder Herron, both wrestling in the 285 pound division, qualified to compete at the state tournament. Ryder placed first and Bo placed third.

The tournaments will be February 26 and 27, 2025, at Mizzou Arena in Columbia, Missouri.
