Rotary President Gary Riley, left, presented the basket to Kinslee at Tarkio Elementary School on Thursday, February 27, 2025. Proceeds from the basket’s ticket sales will go toward the Shoes for Orphan Souls program that collects shoes and socks for needy children worldwide.
