The Atchison County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of stealing by use of a fraudulent credit device in Rock Port, Missouri, February 18, 2025. After investigating, Yanmichael Gonzalez-Ulloa, a non-citizen residing in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Juan Ramon Porro-Valdivieso, a non-citizen residing in Gardner, Kansas, were arrested on a 24-hour investigative hold.
A probable cause statement was filed with the Atchison County Prosecutor’s Office in both cases, resulting in warrants being issued by the court on charges of Stealing $750 Or More and Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Device with bond set at $25,000 cash or surety.
Gonzalez-Ulloa and Porro-Valdivieso were served the warrants at the Atchison County Jail, where they continue to be held pending bond and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) hold.
