KMA Sports presents the 2024-25 All-KMAland Missouri Elite Girls Basketball Team. This season, the elite team has three seniors, one sophomore and one freshman with representation from five different teams.
Elite Girls Basketball Team
Audrie Meyerkorth, freshman, Rock Port – The KMAland Missouri Girls Basketball Player of the Year, Meyerkorth helped Rock Port to the Show-Me Showdown for the first time since 1981. She posted 17.7 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.8 steals and 2.0 assists per game along the way.
Lizzie Schlueter, senior, East Atchison (repeat selection) – Another huge year for one of two repeat selections. Schlueter averaged 21.7 points, 11.2 rebounds, 3.6 steals, 2.5 blocks and 1.4 assists per game.
Others named to the team include: Ava Graham, senior, Nodaway Valley (repeat selection); Maggie Osburn, sophomore, Mound City; and Jalea Price, senior, Maryville.
Second Team
Avery Meyerkorth, senior, Rock Port – Avery averaged 7.8 points per game, 6.5 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and 1.3 steals.
Others named to the second team include: Maleeah Bliley, senior, Platte Valley; Baylie Busby, senior, Northeast Nodaway; Paige Hanson, senior, Nodaway Valley; and Ella Scott, junior, Savannah
Third Team
Third team honorees included: Kynzee Adcock, freshman, Stanberry; Paidyn Linville, senior, Nodaway Valley; Savanna Marriott, senior, Nodaway Valley; Clare Staley, senior, King City; and Mya Wray, senior, Platte Valley
Honorable Mention
Addy Maifeld, senior, Rock Port – Addy averaged 9.1 points per game, 2.9 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 2.9 steals
Ella Meyerkorth, junior, Rock Port – Ella averaged 9.9 points per game, 4.1 rebounds, 1.0 assist, and 2.3 steals.
Grace Oswald, senior, East Atchison – Grace averaged 7.5 points per game, 3.6 steals, 3.1 assists, and 3.1 rebounds
