KMA Sports recently announced the 2024-25 All-KMAland Missouri Boys Basketball Teams.

This year, the Elite Team has five new first team selections, including three seniors, one sophomore and one freshman with representation from King City, North Andrew, South Holt, Rock Port, and Platte Valley. Rock Port sophomore Jack Meyerkorth made the team. A third team pick a year ago, Meyerkorth had a major breakout season this year, helping Rock Port to a state quarterfinal and earning the KMAland Missouri Boys Player of the Year. Jack averaged 23.2 points per game while also adding 4.5 steals, 4.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists.

Others on the Elite Team include: Landon Carlson, freshman, King City; Braxon Linville, senior, North Andrew; Cole Medsker, senior, South Holt; and Justin Miller, senior, Platte Valley.

Second Team

Chosen for the Second Team was East Atchison sophomore Carter Oswald. Carter averaged 14.8 points per game, 2.7 rebounds per game, 2.2 assists per game, and 2.7 steals per game.

Other Second Team honorees included: Chauncey Brown, junior, Mound City; Aiden Knechtenhofer, junior, Savannah; Braxton McGinness, freshman, Nodaway Valley; and Colby McQueen, senior, Stanberry.

Third Team

East Atchison sophomore Parker Livengood was selected to the Third Team. Parker averaged 12.0 points per game, 4.2 rebounds per game, 2.5 assists per game, and 1.8 steals per game. Rock Port sophomore Brock Holmes also made the Third Team selections. Brock averaged 10.9 points per game, 2.7 assists per game, 3.3 rebounds per game, and 1.8 teals per game.

Other Third Team honorees included: Jackson Dredge, sophomore, Maryville; Jake Redden, senior, Northeast Nodaway; and Hayes Weller, senior, South Holt.

Honorable Mention

East Atchison sophomore Brody Wennihan rounded out the selections by being named Honorable Mention. Brody averaged 9.7 points per game, 5.7 rebounds per game, 2.2 assists per game, and 2.9 steals per game.

Other Honorable Mention players included: Karson Briner, senior, Worth County; Mason Casner, senior, North Nodaway; Isaac Coats, sophomore, North Andrew; Jax Cowden, freshman, Nodaway Valley; Jonny Garlock, sophomore, King City; Tye Hoyt, sophomore, Nodaway Valley; Tucker Klamm, senior, Platte Valley; Lane Larabee, senior, Nodaway Valley; Andy Mattson, junior, Platte Valley; Coltin Potter, sophomore, King City; Creyton Roup, junior, Mound City; Cole Ruby, sophomore, Worth County; Zyler Snapp, freshman, Savannah; Matthew Walter, senior, Maryville; Landon Wiederholt, senior, Platte Valley; and Daulton Worrell, junior, Albany.
