Roger Nichols, left, and Russell “Doc” Young, right, were guests of the Tarkio Rotary Club on October 10. They were representing the St. Joseph Shields American Basketball Association team. The team will begin playing at Heartland Recreation Center in November. They noted the game is much faster paced than we are used to. Roger Nichols is the coach of the team, which is semi-pro/minor league.
