AGChoice’s Rock Port location will close effective August 30, 2025.
MFA Incorporated has announced the upcoming closure of its Rock Port AGChoice facility effective August 30, 2025. The decision follows a thorough evaluation and is part of a broader strategy to modernize operations and invest in scalable infrastructure.
Operations from the Rock Port site, located at 105 U.S. Hwy. 136, will be consolidated with nearby MFA locations to ensure continued service in the area. The move is aimed at improving efficiency, optimizing staff and equipment deployment, and supporting long-term growth.
“This decision was not made lightly,” said Jim Veraguth, who is overseeing the transition. “The Rock Port site has infrastructure limitations that hinder our ability to operate efficiently. By consolidating, we can better serve our customers and build on existing investments.” Veraguth added that MFA is committed to making the transition as smooth as possible for customers.
The AGChoice Rock Port location currently has seven employees. One will be transferring to another location.
