Jaycee Graves, supported by her family, friends, Fairfax mayor and residents, Fairfax Improvement Foundation members, and Atchison County Development Corporation representatives, cut the ribbon to officially recognize KG Buds Designs By Jay. The ceremony was held at the Fairfax flower shop Friday, September 5.

Fairfax Mayor Tab Wintz also congratulated Jaycee Graves and welcomed her back to Fairfax as a business manager.

These hydrangeas Jaycee Graves cut from her mother’s garden made a gorgeous decoration on the front counter of KG Buds Designs By Jay flower shop in Fairfax.
