EA Wolves defeat the WildCards on Senior Night

Senior fullback Tate Johnson powered through a tackle to take it to the house for 6 points against Stewartsville/Osborn.

Senior running back Gavyn Irvine goes up the middle for 51 yards and a touchdown. Gavyn ran for 196 yards and four touchdowns.

The East Atchison Wolves hosted the Stewartsville/Osborn WildCards Friday, October 17, for game eight of the regular season.

The Wolves’ offense came alive with senior running back Gavyn Irvine, who led the way for the Wolves rushing for 196 yards and scoring four touchdowns. Rounding out the scoring for the Wolves were senior fullback Tate Johnson, who rushed for 96 yards and scored a touchdown, and Knox Oswald, who had both a 37-yard rushing touchdown and a 56-yard catch and run for a touchdown.

The Wolves move to 4 and 4 on the season.

East Atchison will travel to Dekalb, Missouri, this Friday night, October 24, to play the DeKalb Tigers for the final regular season game.
