Not sure if water heater is leaking or floor draw backed up (it’s open now) or drain line leaking (spot that’s been taped, but didn’t see leakage at the time of inspection).

• Core Items: Improper thawing – cheddar beer brats thawing in open air in three bay sink next to sanitizer bucket. Bad reach-in door gasket (Sprite door – new gasket, loose at the bottom). Dumpster lids open (2 of 4). Hole in wall behind cup shelves in storeroom (for access to plumbing – needs an access panel or door).
