Mrs. Crystal Schieffer, teacher at Fairfax R-3 School District, has been named the District Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Schieffer brings heart, grit, and an incredible passion for students to the school every single day. She has a special way of making kids feel seen, supported, and confident.
